# Smart cities

Smart cities exploit multiple networks of connected objects to improve infrastructure management and offer new services to citizens. CONNECTIFY brings real added value.

For example, our solution makes it easy to interconnect heterogeneous sensors deployed on city infrastructures: water network, street lighting, waste management... It becomes possible to monitor all equipment in real time, whatever the supplier or underlying technology. Detecting water leaks, monitoring energy consumption, filling garbage cans... Predictive maintenance is facilitated by the analysis of data from these different sensors. We can anticipate failures and optimize intervention rounds. Blockchain-based traceability certifies the origin of sensor data. It's impossible to falsify information on air quality, for example.

By aggregating multiple data sources, CONNECTIFY paves the way for innovative services for citizens in a wide range of fields: mobility, environment, safety, etc.
