👥KPI objectives
IoT Ecosystem Coverage – Strategic Development Plan
1. Network Coverage & Technology Integration
To deliver a truly interoperable IoT infrastructure, the platform will continue expanding support for the industry’s major communication technologies. By integrating LoRaWAN, NB-IoT, Sigfox, Zigbee, BLE, LTE-M, and emerging proprietary or low-power protocols, we aim to offer seamless compatibility across the vast majority of connected devices on the market.
Objectives:
By 2025: Support 80% of global IoT communication standards, making the platform one of the most comprehensive multi-network hubs available.
2026–2027: Add advanced network management capabilities, automated onboarding, network roaming agreements, and cross-protocol interoperability features (e.g., unified device identity, harmonized security layers).
2028: Establish a fully vendor-neutral and protocol-agnostic connectivity layer considered the industry default.
This broad and evolving network integration ensures frictionless adoption for customers and drives exponential scalability.
2. Customer Growth & Market Penetration
The customer acquisition strategy focuses on high-value enterprise segments—industrial IoT, logistics, healthcare, smart cities, and asset tracking—where interoperability and secure data handling are critical.
Targets:
2026: Onboard 20 enterprise customers, prioritizing early adopters in Europe and North America.
2027: Scale to 200 enterprise customers, supported by expanded distribution partnerships, proven market use cases, and regulatory certifications.
Beyond 2027: Accelerate penetration via white-label agreements, OEM bundling, and vertical-specific offers (energy, healthcare, public infrastructure, supply chain).
As customer numbers grow, network effects reinforce adoption and strengthen the platform’s position as a foundational infrastructure layer.
3. Transaction Volume & Data Infrastructure
The platform’s value is amplified as it becomes the central orchestrator of billions of time-stamped device interactions. Massive transaction volume not only validates the robustness of the infrastructure but creates a strong moat through accumulated data integrity, reliability, and trust.
Data Throughput Targets:
2026: 10 million IoT messages/day reliably processed, with full traceability.
2027: 50 million messages/day, supported by scalable routing, automated anomaly detection, and global load balancing.
2028: Reach 1 billion daily transactions, positioning the platform as a high-throughput, mission-critical backbone for global IoT operations.
Scaling to this volume demonstrates the capacity to support real-world, high-density deployments at global scale.
Strategic Vision
These ambitious targets—covering network interoperability, enterprise adoption, and transaction scalability—are designed to achieve critical mass and secure a dominant position in the IoT value chain.
By unifying fragmented communication standards, simplifying infrastructure complexity, and ensuring end-to-end security, the platform is poised to become the global reference infrastructure for federated, trusted, and secure IoT ecosystems.
