CONNECTIFY has not raised any funds to date, and here's what we're offering investors:

• S1 2024: Seed round of €1.5M led by funds

These funds will be used to finance R&D on the technology and the launch of the first version of the BLE solution.

In the coming months, CONNECTIFY plans to raise additional funds:

• An ICO / IDO in 2024/2025: Raising €8,9M privately and €9M publicly.

CONNECTIFY's current valuation is around €10M. The aim is to increase this valuation tenfold at the end of the Series B round, thanks to strong sales growth.

These successive rounds should enable CONNECTIFY to realize its major ambitions in the booming IoT simplification market.
